Ratna Ayu Widiaswari, a faculty member of the Faculty of Law at Warmadewa University in Bali, completed her Master's degree in Law with a concentration in Business and International Law at Udayana University in 2020. In the same year also published an article titled "Protection of Traditional Balinese Cakes in the Perspective of Intellectual Property" in the Udayana Master Law Journal. In 2022, had the opportunity to speak at the International Conference on Law and Digital Tourism organized by the Doctor of Law program at Warmadewa University. Additionally, participated as a speaker in a seminar during a visit to Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia with the theme "The Function of Law and Local Wisdom in Tourism Business Transactions in the Era of Globalization.” Currently, as a recipient of research grant from the Warmadewa Research Centre (WaRC), focusing on research related to the role of law in achieving gender equality and engaging in critical legal studies on the concept of gender justice in Indonesia.
